Q: Do I need to pay for consultation and communication?
A: No, you don't. After filling out the questionnaire, we'll discuss your brand concept and design direction together and create initial sketches. There's no charge during this stage.
Q: Do I need to pay after receiving the sketches?
A: If you accept the proposed sketches, a 50% deposit is required to proceed with the design.
If you feel the concept isn't a good fit and wish to end the collaboration, you don't need to pay anything.
Q: How many revision is allowed for the first draft?
A: We provide 2 revision quota. After the 3rd revision we will charge $25 per revision.
Q: How long does it take to complete the whole design process?
A: Usually between 9-10 working days.
Q: What if I have no idea about the design direction?
A: You can start by filling out the questionnaire and exchange ideas with us. With 15 years of experience in design, international e-commerce, and B2B sales across industries such as manufacturing, consulting, architecture, F&B, interior design, retail, software, and tech, we're happy to offer you suggestions and inspiration.
